VARIANCE #2381 MULLINS, COLIN c/o Eric Mullins - In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.04), requests a Development Standards Variance to exceed the UDO maximum size for an accessory dwelling (1,200 square feet) to be at 1,600 square feet; and for the accessory dwelling to utilize a separate septic system.
