VARIANCE #2379 YODER, LARRY & SUSAN - In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.03 & 5.39 C (3)), requests to allow temporary, short-term living in an RV in an A1 zoning district for up to 12 months, until the primary structure (new home) and survey are completed. Real Estate is located in Section 8 of York Township, quadrant 200, parcel 011, common location known as 4220 W Albion Rd, Albion, IN.
VARIANCE #2380 BONTRAGER FAMILY TRUST, Orvan Bontrager - Applicant requested to postpone and readvertise to the October 1, 2025 Hearing.
