- Special Exception #598 STEINKE, CHAD & LISA - In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.03 & 5.04), request a Special Exception to allow an accessory dwelling in an A1 zoning district to be accessed by continued use of an existing easement. Real estate is located in Section 22 of Swan Township, quadrant 100, parcel 017, common location known as 9894 E 300 S, LaOtto, IN.
- Development Standards Variance #2390 FOSTER, THOMAS - In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.22), requests a development Standards Variance in a Lake Residential Zoning (LR) to be less the UDO required minimum Front Yard setback of 30' from the edge of the ROW, to be at 7' for construction of a 363-sf deck between the house and garage.
