- Variance #2373 CRAFT, ROBBIE H & KELLY S - In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.04), requests a Development Standards Variance to allow the accessory dwelling to use a second driveway, that deviates from the conditions applied to Development Variance #2336, which required the shared use of the existing driveway from the primary dwelling. Real estate is located in Section 13 of Allen Township, quadrant 400, parcel 019, common location known as 3724 N 1100 E, Kendallville, IN 46755.

Variance #2377 BONTRAGER, LEANNA W REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST c/o HAND TO THE PLOW SURVEYING, LLC- In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.03, 5.37, 6.01, 7.01-7.28, & 9.18), request a Development Standards Variance, to allow a 2-acre, 1-lot minor subdivision from an existing parcel with no road frontage, and to use a 50' wide x 290' long easement as the access for the proposed parcel. Also, for the proposed parcel to be less than the UDO Minimum Lot Width and Minimum Road frontage, both to be at 0', with 240' of frontage to the proposed easement. Variance #2378 SHROCK, LEROY & INAH- In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.09), request a Use Standards Variance to allow for propane distribution with a maximum of three (3) 30,000-gal tanks, with a maximum of six (6) employees. Real estate is located in Section 18 of Perry Township, quadrant 100, parcel 014, common location is South of 11040 W 1000 N Ligonier, IN.
