VARIANCE #2375 CHICAGO TRUST COMPANY NA - In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.28 and 5.19), requests a Use Variance, to allow the Keeping of Farm Animals in a Lake Residential zoning district (LR), and to include up to 30 chickens (3 permitted based on parcel size), 4 roosters, 2 geese, and 25 ducks, to be contained by a fence and pen/run. Additionally, requests to allow for electrical poultry netting/fence, chicken wire, welded wire, and wood fencing. Real estate is located in Section 8 of Noble Township, quadrant 300, parcel 051, common location is 1901 S 475 W, Albion, IN.

VARIANCE #2376 JASON D & MARY K GROFF - In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.22), requests a Development Standards Variance, to allow less the UDO minimum Front Yard Setback of 30’ from the edge of the Right of Way, to be at 11’ in a Lake Residential Zoning District, for the construction of a 13’x17’ open and detached deck (to replace a previously existing deck). Real estate is located in Section 33 of Noble Township, quadrant 400, parcel 116, common location is 3704 W Ft. Wayne St. -57, Columbia City, IN 46725. Lots 45 and 46 of Goss First Addition to Big Lake.
