Variance #2380 BONTRAGER FAMILY TRUST, Orvan Bontrager- In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.03), requests a temporary Use Variance for 1.5 years from the date of approval, to allow for a light manufacturing (poly furniture) wholesale business in an A1 zoning district, with 14 employees who do not reside in the home, and for hours of operation to begin at 5:00AM, with receiving from 6:30 AM–2:00 PM. Also, to include screened outside storage. If approved, ILP #18-234 will no longer be valid. Variance #2382 GUNDER, JOSHUA E- In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.04), requests a Development Standards Variance to be less than the UDO minimum Front Yard setback of 85’ from the centerline of the road to be at 62’ for the construction of a 24’x32’ addition to an existing pole barn. Variance #2383 GUILFOYLE, CINDY- In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.21, 5.08), requests a Use Variance to allow the placement and use of an accessory structure (14’x32’ shed with 6’x32’ porch), without construction of a Primary Dwelling, for recreational use and storage of personal items in the Lake Residential (LR) zoning district. Variance #2384 GUILFOYLE, CINDY- In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.22), requests to be less the UDO minimum waterside setback of 75’ to the water’s edge, to be at 30’ North (Silver Lake) and 38’ to the West (channel) for a shed recently installed without permits in a Lake Residential (LR) zoning district.
