·  Proposed UDO Adjustments:
o   Remove Accessory Dwelling Units from Special Exception use in A1 and RE; add it to Permitted Uses
o   Adjustment to Accessory Dwelling; Article 5.04 for more clarity.
o   Article 11: Define Shared Driveway
o   Reduce the lot size in the RE zoning district from 2 acres to 1.5 acres.
o   Reduce minimum dwelling size from 1,200 square feet to 1,000 square feet in A1, A2, A3, & RE.
o   Adjust permitted residential uses in VM to include Single Family Dwelling, attached or detached.
o   VM to allow a Duplex/Triplex/Multiplex, only where sewer hookup is available.
o   Allow Duplex/Triplex/Multiplex/Townhouse in R1, R2, R3, only where sewer connection is available.
