REZONING # 602 BARKMAN, LUCAS -In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 9.22), request a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone 14.00+/-ac from Production Ag (A1) to Rural Estate (RE) to allow for the permitted uses in the RE zoning district, specifically Major Subdivision #1295. Real estate is located in Section 8 of Elkhart Township, quadrant 200, parcel 008, common location known as West and North of 10303 N 400 W, Ligonier, IN. Final consideration by the Noble County Commissioners on: 8/25/2025 at 10:30 AM at 109 N York St., Albion, IN.
MAJOR SUBDIVISION #1295 BARKMAN, LUCAS -In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 9.16 & 9.17), requests a 1-Lot Major Subdivision of 14.00+/- ac, to be known as Barkman Subdivision, leaving a remainder of 20.00+/- ac. Request includes waivers from 9.16 D 2 (c)(d)(e)(f)(g)(h) provision for sidewalks, street lighting, 60 feet lot front, opening up to the 150 UDO lot width Minimum at 1,873 feet and leaving the remaining parcel of 94 feet of road front opening to the minimum lot width at 297 feet- from the centerline of the road. Property is located in Section 8 of Elkhart Township, quadrant 200, parcel 008, common location West and North of 10303 N 400 W, Ligonier, IN.
