Rezoning #599 LAKE, VALERIE & CHARLES M - In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 9.22), requests a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone 40.679+/- ac from Production Ag (A1) to Rural Estate (RE), allowing for the permitted use in the RE zoning district. See Major Subdivision #1283. Real estate is located in Section 26 of Swan Township, quadrant 200, parcel 035, common location known as 10864 E 450 S, LaOtto, IN. Major Subdivision #1283 LAKE, VALERIE & CHARLES M - In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 9.16 & 9.17), request a 5-lot Major Subdivision of 40.40+/-ac to be known as Lake Family Property. Lot 1 as 3.85+/-ac, Lot 2 as 4.00+/-ac, Lot 3 as 5.07+/-ac, Lot 4 as 20.23+/-ac, and Lot 5 as 7.25+/-ac, including submitted waivers. Each Lot will meet the UDO minimum lot width and lot front requirement. Additional request for primary and secondary plat approval, and conditional upon rezone #599.
