Vacation No. 297 JEREMY S & ALEAH R HEATH - Requests to Vacate Triple T Estates consisting of lot 1 as 7.260+/- ac; to be incorporated into an adjoining parcel, see Administrative Subdivision #1192. Real Estate is located in Section 13 of Allen Township, quadrant 400, parcels 024; common location known as 11466 E 400 N. Kendallville, IN; Lot 1 in Triple T Estates.
Administrative Subdivisions may be reviewed by the Plan Commission, with final approval by the County Surveyor and the Zoning Administrator: Administrative Subdivision 1192 JEREMY S HEATH & ALEAH R; TODD T TAYLOR - In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 9.19 B2d) one-time large split consisting of 7.26+/- acres from Triple T Estates, (See vacation #297), and 84.78+/- acres from adjoining tracts to be combined and split to total 2 new tracts; 57.70+/- acres with a remaining tract of 34.34+/-ac. Rezoning No. 585 PHIL & VI LLC & JAY & SANDY LLC - Requests a Zoning Map Amendment from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 9.22) to rezone 64.65+/- ac from Production Ag (A1) Zoning District (Article 2.03) to Intense Ag (A3) Zoning District (Article 2.07); to allow for the permitted uses in A3 Zoning District – confined feeding operation. Real estate is located in Section 29 of Elkhart Township, quadrant 100, parcels 006 & 007 common location known as East of 7855 N. 450 W Wawaka, IN. Final consideration by the County Commissioners will be held in a public hearing on May 28, 2024, at 9:30 am. Location: 109 N York St Albion, IN.
