CROMWELL DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS VARIANCE #2393 THREE BROTHERS LLC - Tawfig & Mammer Almalahi c/o Margison Graphics & Signs - Debbie Margison- In accordance with Cromwell Zoning Ordinance Section 5.7, request a Development Standards Variance to allow a sign to encroach 3’ into the required 25’ vision clearance triangle. Location will be at 5’2” from S. Jefferson St (property line), and 10’9” from the South platted alley (property line), for the installation of a fuel price reference sign: 5’.8” ¾ H X 8’3/8” L X 8” W. Location will be east of the newly installed 6’5” sidewalk. Real estate is located in Section 16 of Sparta Township, quadrant 300, parcel 089; common location known as 117 S. Jefferson St, Cromwell, IN.
