Variance #2383 GUILFOYLE, CINDY- In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.21, 5.08), requests a Use Variance to allow the placement and use of an accessory structure (14’x32’ shed with 6’x32’ porch), without construction of a Primary Dwelling, for recreational use and storage of personal items in the Lake Residential (LR) zoning district. Variance #2384 GUILFOYLE, CINDY- In accordance with the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.22), requests to be less the UDO minimum waterside setback of 75’ to the water’s edge, to be at 30’ North (Silver Lake) and 38’ to the West (channel) for a shed recently installed without permits in a Lake Residential (LR) zoning district.
