Memorandum of Findings of Fact for Variance #2327

Variance #2323 Monroe L JR & Rachel & Lucas Barkman- Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.04 & 5.33) to allow less the UDO required lot front of no less than 90’ of road front (60% of the 150’ required) to be at 50’, for three proposed tracts in an A1 zoning district. Also, to allow the UDO required minimum lot width to be at a greater distance than 85’ from the centerline of the road, opening to the UDO required 150’ minimum lot width for Tract A to be at 2159.83 +/- ft., Tract B to be at 1497.40+/- ft., and Tract C to be at 296.89 +/- ft. from the centerline of the road. Variance #2328 Gary L & Tricia J Puckett - Requests a Development Standards Variance from the Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.22) to allow less the UDO minimum waterside setback of 75' to be at 42', and to allow less the side yard setback (North) of 5’ to be at 2’, for construction of a detached covered pavilion over an existing deck. The real estate is located in Section 16 of Jefferson Township, quadrant 200, parcel 052, common location known as Lot 27 of Sunset Beach, 3306 N Skinner Lake Dr W. Albion, IN
