Simple Subdivision #665 APPLEGATE, MARY ANN REVOCABLE TRUST (Dustin Applegate)—In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (article 6.01) requests a one lot major subdivision of 3.00+/- acres to be known as Applegate Heights, leaving a remainder of 75.94+/- acres. Real estate is located in Section 16 of York Township, quadrant 400, parcel 003 common location known as 3865 W Albion Rd, Albion IN.
Request for a Waiver from the Subdivision Control Ordinance—Harriet R. Masterson requests a waiver to reduce the required road frontage from 90 feet to 80 feet to allow for an administrative subdivision into 18.89+/- acres and 19.91+/- acres. Real estate is located in Section 4 of Noble Township, quadrant 200, parcel 006, common location known as south of the intersection of W 50 S and S Sunset Shores, Albion, Ind.
Public Hearing and Consideration of the Comprehensive Plan: Noble Tomorrow—In accordance with Indiana Code 36-7-4-507 and 508, the Plan Commission will consider the new comprehensive plan: Noble Tomorrow. Copies of Noble Tomorrow are available for examination at the office of the Noble County Plan Commission. Final consideration by the Board of Commissioners on October 22, 2018 at 10:15 AM at 101 N Orange St, Albion, Ind.
Unified Development Ordinance Amendments to the Kennel Standards—In accordance with Indiana Code 36-7-4-607, the Plan Commission will consider amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance concerning Kennel Standards in Noble County. The amendments will adjust setbacks and size requirements for kennels. Final consideration by the Board of Commissioners on October 22, 2018 at 10:15 AM at 101 N Orange St, Albion, Ind.
Discussion of the Ordinances of the Noble County Plan Commission—Discussion considering whether or not to embark on a rewrite of certain or all ordinances of the Plan Commission & appointment of such a committee if deemed necessary.
