Major Subdivision 719 WOLFE, KIRBAN - In accordance with the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 6.01) request a 5-lot major subdivision to be known as Wolf Acres Subdivision. Real estate is located in Section 31 of Noble Township, quadrant 300, parcel 070, common location known as Southeast corner of W Wolfs Rd & 600 W Columbia City, IN.

UDO Amendments:

 

Unified Development Ordinance Amendments to the Kennel Standards—In accordance with Indiana Code 36-7-4-607, the Plan Commission will consider amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance concerning Kennel Standards in Noble County. The amendments will adjust setbacks and size requirements for kennels. Final consideration by the Board of Commissioners on June 24, 2019 at 10:00 AM at 101 N Orange St, Albion, IN.

 

Unified Development Ordinance Amendments to the Lighting Standards—In accordance with Indiana Code 36-7-4-607, the Plan Commission will consider amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance concerning Lighting Standards in Noble County. The amendments will adjust allowed lights, brightness, and definitions. Final consideration by the Board of Commissioners on June 24, 2019 at 10:00 AM at 101 N Orange St, Albion, IN.
