Proposed Changed to the Unified Development Ordinance Concerning Agricultural Irrigation Systems:

Article 5.52 Setback Standards would be amended to read as follows:

Agricultural Irrigation Systems – Shall be exempt from setbacks in this section, but shall meet the standards in the Noble County Highway Construction Standards.


Final Consideration by the Noble County Board of Commissioners is scheduled to be made on Monday April 24, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at 101 North Orange St, Albion Indiana.
