Variance #2020 Maxson, Timothy James & Stephanie C - Request a Development Standards Variance from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 5.21 Flood Plain Standards & Article 2.22 LR District Development Standards) Request to use existing foundation of garage & rebuild new garage with a floor at base flood elevation (890.0) instead of the required flood protection grade of (892.0) walls of the garage to be at FPG and flood vents will be required.
