Darral J & Gloria R Schwartz – Requests a Special Exception from the Noble County Unified Development Ordinance (Article 2.03) to continue the operation of a dog kennel on the property that was previously permitted for Jacob Schwartz (father) and has been sold to Darral and Gloria, allowing a maximum of 40 adult dogs, (an increase from the original 20 dogs permitted to Jacob Schwartz).
